Weekly KPOP Song Latest Releases

Hello Chingus! (Oh yeah, Kim Chungha will soon be releasing her Solo Debut soon, Watch out!)

Every week, I'll be posting new releases of good KPOP Songs you probably haven't heard, that's actually really nice to listen to. The new releases will be shown with addition to some of my reviews as regards the music video.

You could just take a look at the songs and see which song moves you, if reviews simply aren't your thing.

One – Heyahe

I dunno about you guys, but the first thing that came to mind when I saw this, was Adele's Hello! The moody setting, the weird eye contacts, and things like that. Still a good song though.

PSY ft. Taeyang – Love

I think ever since 'Gangnam Style' ,Psy has been looking for innovative ways to prove he wasn't a one-hit wonder, by inventing even more ridiculous concepts... such as this. They've decided that no one should see their faces on camera, but at least a glimpse wouldn't hurt. The entire song, the not so attractive girls dancing.... we're not interested sorry.

Limesoda ft. MC Gree – Z Z Z

Well, after their marvelous performance on SBS, I wouldn't expect the music video to be below standard. Boy was I wrong. At least these girls are trying for their debut. And thank goodness it’s something catchy for a change.

WJSN (Cosmic Girls) – Kiss Me

Because 2NE1 Disbanded, and Sistar said good-bye, WJSN have taken the choice to milk this opportunity with summer combacks surrounded by cheesy colors. Nice marketing technique, but we're not buying it.

Jessi – Gucci

I was introduced to Kreayshawn’s “Gucci Gucci” because it was #1 on someone’s worst list, but that song is actually fucking great, partly because it actually had a decent beat, but also because the message of the song was “high fashion labels and being a trendy fuckstain is dumb”.  That’s exactly the type of content I’d expect from someone who is the daughter of one of the Trashwomen.  Of course that type of concept doesn’t translate to Korean pop artists who now just think “Gucci” is a cool word, but Jessi is exactly the type of “basic bitch” Kreayshawn was referring to in that song.

Park Boram – Why, You?

I actually just love her face, that's why she's here... Oh, and the song is amazing.

The Solutions – All That You Want

What is this?
I personally don't like this song, but I just feel it's worth mentioning because of the art style in this Music Video. The Solutions aren't that popular, but the whole concept of the street style is picturesque compared to the facets of KPOP Entertainment.

Voisper – Crush On U

LOL. That scene about the weight lifting. Talk about 'toxic masculinity'. Korean guys seem so oppressed. There is symbolism everywhere! That's not a workout, bro. You're just blowing the wind with that.

Dumbfoundead ft. G.Soul – Water

Well, I never thought I'd be more uninterested about songs with 'sexual references'. They probably saved the worst for last, and hoped that the sex rhymes would support the song. Big fail. But the girl drinking is cute though :P.

Mind U – Love Me

Let’s have a boring acoustic ballad and sing in falsetto in the chorus like a cunt, sounds like a great idea.

Luhan – On Fire

Impressed! I'm impressed with this. Seems like the Korean FloRida in action here. Let's do well to show him support.

Lee Woojin, Jeong Sagang – Love Is…

I think they forgot what instrument they were to bring for this music video... coz they started with Guitars.. what happened?

Park Junhan – Rememberance

Another rare Gem. Good Solo Performance. Amazing scenery. We need more ballads like this!

                                                                After School - Bang!

This is the Dance Version. The original below:

Wilcox – Rain Man

Well, no suspense in the song, so I'm not a big fan. But what the heck, it's Wilcox.

Sophiya – Therapy

Sia would be proud! Such dancing should be recognized.

Stella Jang – You As You Are

That’s all for this week – more new releases next week!
